For The Ultimate in Height Control, Use Telescopic Work Platforms!

A Telescopic Ladder was designed to bridge the gap between mobile scaffolding and platform step ladders, allowing for the safe and secure use of the platform in a range of situations. Telescopic work platforms are far more convenient, quicker, and safer than mobile scaffold towers, as they are massively compact when packed away, and they come with a guardrail so professionals can work without fear of being injured.

We have 3 height ranges for the platforms, 4 to 7 tread, 5 to 9 tread, and 7 to 12 tread. Our smallest model provides platform heights from 1.8 meters to 1.8 meters, while our tallest model reaches up to 3.15 meters, which equals a staggering 5.15 meters in height. In the front, a knee bar is located at the top of the platform and a toe-board runs all the way round to eliminate accidental slipping. The platform size is 665 x 440 mm and there are guardrails all the way around (one side is a rope attached once a user is on the platform) and a knee bar on the back. With these features, this type of ladder creates the most secure and stable platform we have yet seen.

Whether in-house crews or third-party contractors who come to a site when needed, these telescopic work platforms are perfect for maintenance crews. Despite being easy to set up by one person, because guard rails and handrails open up as the ladder is deployed, there's little need for faffing around, and there's no chance anyone could overlook these safety features. This equipment folds down to just 2.44 meters in length, allowing it to fit comfortably in the back of a standard Transit van, while the tallest model is only 3.28 meters tall, which is very small when compared to the height it reaches.

Stowing sizes are small because of the Heavy Duty Telescopic Ladder design, and when packed down, all three models measure 0.81 x 0.39 meters. The tools can be easily stored in vans, but also take up very little space in warehouses or production facilities in tool cupboards or maintenance areas. They can be used on stairs or for jobs where a standard platform step ladder is not close enough to a wall. Telescopic legs allow these work platforms to be used in a variety of locations. Commercial and retail spaces require the ability to set up ladders safely in stairwells - just think of the maintenance carried out in art galleries and museums with split levels and many light fixtures.

A telescopic work platform is not the lightest item to move around, weighing between 35kg, 38.5kg, and 50kg, depending on the model. However, each of them is equipped with wheels, so a single person can easily move them and change their positions. It is clear from weighing the equipment against all the safety features (leg stabilizers and guard rails) that the extra weight is in these features to prevent ladder users from being injured. They are all guaranteed for 10 years and can bear 150 pounds of load.

By pushing the ladder into place with the wheels, and then pushing up each side rung-by-rung until the right height and configuration are achieved, the ladder can be set up. It only takes a few seconds for the stabilizers to swing out and be fixed into position, and you're set. An investment in a 5m Telescopic Ladder for your maintenance and estate teams will not be regrettable thanks to its impressive features and long warranty.
